Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and talk about what’s bringing you to therapy. We’ll go over your current concerns, important life experiences, and what you’d like to change or work toward. You don’t need to have everything figured out before you start.
It’s also an opportunity for you to ask questions and see if working together feels like a good fit.

Most clients begin with weekly sessions, which provides consistent support and helps you make steady progress in therapy. As your needs, goals, and life circumstances change, we can adjust how often we meet based on what feels most helpful and manageable for you.
Some people choose to meet more often during difficult times, while others move to biweekly or less frequent sessions over time. We’ll work together to find a schedule that feels supportive and manageable for you.
